Analyzed data to gain insights into peer-to-peer compliments exchanged among employees based on behaviour and corporate impact criteria

The 'B Proud' project was an exciting and challenging endeavour that marked the beginning of my internship journey. As a Data Analyst intern, I was tasked with analyzing SharePoint list data to gain insights into peer-to-peer compliments exchanged among employees based on behaviour and corporate impact criteria. This project aimed to foster a positive and encouraging work culture, recognizing and acknowledging exemplary behavior within the organization.

I designed an interactive dashboard that offered an 'Overview,' 'Details,' and 'Individual' pages, catering to different user needs.

The 'Overview' page provided a holistic view of the entire dataset, offering key performance indicators and visualizations to highlight trends and patterns in the compliments shared among employees. This page allowed management and team leads to monitor the overall engagement of employees in recognizing and appreciating each other's contributions.

The 'Details' page delved deeper into the data, while the 'Individual' page was designed to enable users to search for and view individual employees' compliment history, allowing team members to track their own recognition and evaluate their impact on the work environment. This feature encouraged self-awareness and motivated employees to strive for continuous improvement.
